At Silvana’s Childminding we believe food should be savoured and enjoyed,as children are developing and embracing new tastes ll the time. I produce different meals for each child dependent on their tastes and age and meals are discussed on a daily basis with parents. Each meal will be carefully thought out and provide a well-balanced diet,

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are discussed on a daily basis with parents.

Snacks

  • Fruit – including bananas, grapes, oranges, apples, seasonal berries, mango
  • Yoghurts
  • Smoothies
  • Organic range of snacks available & healthy fruit sticks
  • Drinks – filtered water, parent’s choice of juice
